Weekly devlog #15 - android quests and recipes


Hi everyone! This week was a busy week for me, but in the weekend I was able to fix a lot of bugs in the android version. On top of that, I was also finally able to add quests and crafting.

Changes
A week ago I released another android version to the play testers. I knew that this version had a ton of bugs though, so this Saturday I spend some time removing some of the most annoying ones. In total I removed over 17 bugs! There are still a lot left, with some of them only happening on some phones. 

Then on Sunday I added the quest menu and the crafting menu. They pretty much work the same as on the pc version, except that I still need to add the ability to craft multiple items at once.


Future android test
So next weekend I am planning to do another android test. What I am planning to get working is the crafting, chests, furnaces, cauldrons, and editing blocks. A lot of the logic is done on the server side, so I think it should be doable. Then the game should pretty much be playable on android with the exception of killing enemies.


Development speedup
This week I had my last university lesson! No more projects, no more exams. This means I have A LOT more time to work on crystal realms. I hope you will notice the development speedup in future devlogs. 

I am still not working full time on Crystal Realms, because I still have a part-time job, but after October 18th I won't have work anymore and I will be able to work full time on Crystal Realms! So you can expect another noticeable speed up in development at that date.
